Kyna (KC) Johnson (Treasurer) Self-employed Entrepreneur, Vocational and Life Skills Trainer, Disability Advocate and Small-Business Strategist. Her passion in life is to help develop a mindset shift in others and empower women to succeed by doing the inner work necessary for personal development.  Along with her fifteen plus years of experience assisting disadvantaged populations in the workforce she is currently pursuing her BA in Workforce Education and Development through Western Michigan University.  As the Founder and Primary Consultant of Kingdom Business Consulting, E.T.C., LLC she has helped countless women level up in the workforce launch and sustain successful businesses and breakthrough the barriers that prevented them from reaching their goals.  In her spare time she can be found volunteering in the community, mentoring youth, spending time with her husband of eleven years, family, fishing, traveling or reading a good book.

Harry Lockridge (Board President) has served the FSRC board for 10 years. Harry is a 51 year resident of Niles, Michigan by way of Detroit. Harry also serves as an Elder at New Beginnings Ministries. His joy in life is his 9 year old son Markell Lockridge. He enjoys golf, bowling and serving.
