The Ferry Street Resource Center has been helping our friends in Niles and the surrounding region for many years. Unfortunately, we suffered a great loss in May due to a fire at our 620 Ferry Street Location. This was very discouraging at first and we are sad that a very important historical site was damaged but we immediately took steps to still be there for our clients. This unexpected occurence has presented us with a highly challenging situation where we need to help from a remote location at the Niles Library. We love our clients and have always valued our ability to assist them face to face. That way we not only help them but can also be a listening and caring ear at the same time. As we look for a new permanent location, will you consider being a part of our mission through your donations?
